After graduating from the University of Delaware with a B.A. in International Relations, Jennifer Toscano-Goetz began her career in the offshore formation industry, later transitioning to onshore formation with a focus on Delaware corporate services. Jennifer founded Worldwide Incorporators Ltd. in 1998 and has managed the growth and day to day operations of the company, including a move to a larger office space in 2017. Jennifer has 20 years experience in the company formation industry and stays current with legislation affecting U.S. corporate services.

Jennifer is a member of the National Public Records and Research Association (NPRRA) and a founding member of FemCity Philadelphia (A Femfessionals Group), as an advocate for women in business. Jennifer was an avid participant in the 2015 MS Leaders Circle, Philadelphia Chapter, Cathy Miller Cancer Fund, Serviam Girls Academy and West End.

Worldwide is a 20 year member of the Delaware Better Business Bureau with a consistent A+ Rating. Worldwide Incorporators Ltd. is a family-owned business and supports local non-profit organizations including West End Neighborhood House, in Wilmington, Delaware.

A Penn State graduate, Curt has been an incorporator for 18 years and has formed or qualified corporations and limited liability companies in nearly every state for large, small and mid-sized clients. He spends his off hours outdoors but enjoys watching bingo and reading polka musicians’ biographies.

Katie attended University of Delaware. She has worked in the industry from September 2002-January 2004. Katie briefly left the industry to concentrate on raising her three children. She returned back to WWI in November 2017. Katie enjoys spending time with her family and attending all of her children's sporting events.

LeAnn is a Delaware native and alumna of the Charter School of Wilmington, DE. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Lehigh University (Bethlehem, PA) with a certification in Public Relations. LeAnn began working in corporate services and business compliance in 2017. She also has experience as a State of Delaware Claims Deputy and Community Liaison Officer. Outside of work, LeAnn enjoys reading and writing, networking, volunteering, and spending time with her family. 

Allison is a graduate of Hope College, with a post-graduate MBA. She has been in the industry for 15 years, with extensive experience in Delaware corporate filings. She has also pursued additional certifications during her career, such as Six Sigma and Data Analytics. In her personal time, she enjoys baking, reading, spending time with her husband and dog, camping, and attending concerts. She is also a Disney-phile and visits Disney World on a yearly basis.
